Triumph is the result of a fertile first quarter 2011 songwriting period for Casey Burge, set on demoing songs for his then-new group Minden; 7 of the 9 tracks were written and recorded in one inspired two-week period in Feburary. This collection is lo-fi and varied, interchanging between stripped-down piano/guitar jammers and full-blown MIDI-soul. The songs are bound together by Burge's signature vocal harmony work and use of complex but Classic chords & melodies.
